I just wanted to acknowledge Roberta Benavides, with NMED-Rio Rancho Field Office. She is amazing. She got what I needed, to me ASAP. She was patient and friendly. I had called two different places and the two others that I spoke to were VERY rude and unhelpful. Roberta gave me the info I needed to submit my request and she emailed me back with questions, I called and cleared up where I filled out the request wrong and she got me the info I needed within one hour! When the other two I spoke to said it could take up to 2 WEEKS! She was great and we need more Roberta Benavides' working for the State..

Had a great experience working with the Las Cruces office! Kudos to them, they were responsive, on point and very accommodating! Kristy B. Ziehl was an absolute joy to work with!

I rarely write reviews but certainly you have more important environmental issues in New Mexico than a small room full of your own taxpaying citizens who won't play the masking game.

Switch board operator must run the NMED
